Our son is in a stage of nasty fits to express frustration and anger. Doesn't that sound like a civilized way to describe it? I thought so. I'm sort of showing off. I don't deal with it nearly as civilized. Toys are all going up high in time outs. It helps, but most of all - it feels like I've done something with my snowballing anger.
Our daughter's observation was simpler,
"Sometimes, Austin's glue just falls apart."
It was a perfect way to describe it and put a smile on my face. She's magical that way.
