We haven't been doing much in the theaters lately, but I did have a delightful evening with a frient recently. A friend is a client that I like a whole bunch and enjoy spending time with. I met one recently and we were both exhausted after a big day and just wanted an easy evening in her home.
She was so thoughtful to get it all ready for our meeting. By dinner we were working on projects in her home and needed some hardware from Target. On impulse I bought, "Shrek the Third." It was so much fun. Sometimes you just need a bit of snappy bathroom humor to lighten up the day.
I love this movie and so do our children. My husband cracks up every time we see it. It's a definite home DVD library movie. There are so many great lines that you'll miss if you don't pay attention. Pay attention - there are some doozies.
My daughter and I have our favorite scene - it's when the princesses kick butt. We are not for the fru-fru princesses - we like them tough and smart!
There are great scenes for everyone - if you like to let loose and just have fun.
