This is the only pudding my daughter will eat. Has nothing to do with it being vegan, just the kind of rich chocolate she prefers over milky, sweet pudding.
1 ripe avodado - your heard me.
1/2 cup pure cocoa powder
1/2 cup agave syrup
1/2 - 1 tsp salt to taste
Run it all through the food processor.
Thin it out a bit with soy or rice milk and freeze as pudding pops.
