Cubed - not too small or it gets chewy, then bake one hour at 350 on cookie sheet.Flip halfway through if you want and brush with oil again to give nice coating and crust to it.

lite soy, ginger (from jar), toasted sesame oil, Thai red chili paste *just a smidge
Chopped green onions - the tops only
DRIED Shitaki mushrooms, just a few slices. I reconstitute in Merlot.
julienne and saute zucchini, red bell peppers
A bit of dried Nori for a bit of flavor boost
Optional: add grilled shrimp
